Artwork Fee

An artwork fee applies when customer-supplied artwork is not in the correct file format or is not of sufficient quality for embroidery, heat transfer, or laser engraving production.

When Does This Apply?

• Artwork is supplied in a low-resolution or incorrect file format
• Design needs to be redrawn, cleaned up, or recreated
• Logo or artwork requires digitizing or vectorizing before production
• Significant modifications are needed to make the artwork production-ready

Accepted File Formats

• Embroidery: .DST, .EMB, .PES or high-resolution image
• Heat Transfer / Laser: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG or high-resolution PNG/JPG
